BJP State President Deo extends greetings on State Foundation Day and Silver Jubilee; says Atal ji’s deep affection is the foundation and priceless legacy of Chhattisgarh’s development

Raipur. Bharatiya Janata Party’s State President Kiran Singh Deo extended heartfelt greetings on the Silver Jubilee year of Chhattisgarh State and the State Foundation Day celebrations. He conveyed his best wishes for the happiness, peace, prosperity, and continuous development of the people of the state.
In his message, Deo paid homage to the sacred memories of Bharat Ratna and former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the creator of Chhattisgarh state, and described Atal ji’s emotional attachment to Chhattisgarh as the foundation and priceless legacy of the state’s development.
BJP State President Deo said that Chhattisgarh has now completed 25 years and is fully prepared to march ahead at a rapid pace on the path of development. The aspirations with which Atal ji envisioned the formation of Chhattisgarh, the BJP is committed to fulfilling those aspirations so that the last person standing on the last rung of society can feel fully connected with the mainstream of development.
He said that the auspicious occasion of the Silver Jubilee State Foundation Day reminds us of our commitment—“We created it, we will shape it.” With the inauguration of the new Assembly building in Atal Nagar (Nava Raipur), this day will become historic for Chhattisgarh. This Assembly building will stand as a living symbol of the state’s cultural heritage, democratic values, and the ideals of great personalities.
BJP State President Deo welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan, who are arriving to attend the five-day Chhattisgarh State Foundation Day celebrations, and extended greetings on behalf of the people of the state.
He said that the BJP governments at the Centre and in the State are freeing Chhattisgarh from the scourge of Naxalism and are successfully implementing development and public welfare schemes on the ground.
As a natural outcome, villages across the state are glowing with the light of development, farmers’ barns are becoming symbols of prosperity, women are emerging as torchbearers of economic, social, and political empowerment, and youth are finding wings for their dreams.
This is the moment for all of us to resolve that Chhattisgarh should continue creating new benchmarks of development and emerge as a fully developed state by the year 2047.
